Laser
Wolf
The place
Laser Wolf brought the Dizengoff Group's celebrated Israeli grill concept to Fort Lauderdale's Flagler Village, and it landed like a revelation. The Israeli-inspired menu — skewers cooked over live fire, mezze spreads, and a salatim bar that anchors every table — is unlike anything else in Broward County.
The salatim bar (a spread of rotating vegetable salads served family-style at the start of every meal) alone justifies the reservation. Then the charcoal-grilled lamb chops, chicken skewers with house amba, and pita baked to order from a wood-fired oven arrive, and it becomes clear why there's usually a wait even on weeknights.
The dining room has the industrial-chic warmth of a Tel Aviv neighborhood spot transplanted intact — exposed concrete, open kitchen, noise level that feels like energy rather than chaos.
What to expect
Reservations strongly recommended — walk-ins wait. Valet parking available. The salatim bar is included with all meals. Open for dinner nightly. Flagler Village street parking also available. The shop, in frames
