The place
Downtown Fort Lauderdale's original craft brewery, Tarpon River has been fermenting neighborhood pride since 2016. The taproom sits steps from the New River, and on the right evening you can watch a drawbridge go up between pints — quintessential Fort Lauderdale.
The beer program leans into Florida's terroir: Everglades honey ales, citrus-bright wheat beers, and a signature amber that's become a fixture at local festivals. Rotating food trucks parked most evenings and live music on weekends make this a full night out rather than a quick stop.
