It's inside an office complex in South Sarasota — not hidden with ironic intention but genuinely hidden because that's where the space was available and the owner didn't see the need to move. The exterior gives no indication of what's inside.
Inside: a cozy Alpine chalet aesthetic, warm lighting, closely spaced tables, and the kind of service that knows every regular's name. The pastas are made in-house and handled correctly — tagliatelle with ragù, hand-rolled gnocchi, cacio e pepe that doesn't break. The wine list is genuinely deep in Italian regions that most Florida restaurants don't stock. This is a special occasion spot that earns the occasion.
